Tuition Fees for Associate and Undergraduate Students

• All fees listed in the table are in Turkish Lira (TRY).
• Tuition fees include 10% Value Added Tax (VAT). Any changes to the applicable VAT rate will be reflected in the tuition fees.
• Tuition fee payments (regardless of whether payment is made in full or by installments) must be completed through the Istanbul Gedik University Information Management System (https://bilgi.gedik.edu.tr). Notifications regarding bank transfer (EFT/Wire Transfer) payments and Overdraft Account (KMH) payments must also be submitted through the same system. • Tuition fees may be paid in accordance with the selected payment plan either by bank transfer (EFT/Wire Transfer) to the University's contracted bank accounts or online without visiting the campus. Online payments may be made by credit card as a single full payment. Students making payments via bank transfer are also required to submit their payment notification through the online payment system.
• Tuition fees may also be paid in up to 10 equal monthly instalments, subject to applicable finance charges, through the banks designated by the University for tuition collection, provided that an Overdraft Account (KMH) agreement is concluded with the relevant bank. The first instalment is payable at the time of registration, while the remaining instalments are due on the 10th day of each subsequent month, commencing in the month following registration. Students using the KMH payment method must also complete the required notification through the online payment system.

(*) Important Note: Students and parents/guardians making payments by bank transfer are kindly requested to include the student's Turkish Republic Identity Number (T.R. ID Number), full name, and surname in the payment description. This information is essential for the timely and accurate processing of registration procedures.

Announcement on Tuition Fees for Extended Study Period – 2026–2027 Academic Year

The principles governing tuition fees for students whose period of study extends beyond the standard duration of their programme for the 2026–2027 Academic Year are set out below.

In accordance with Article 15/2 of the Istanbul Gedik University Regulation on Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examinations (amended by the Official Gazette dated 11 September 2025, No. 33014), students who are unable to complete their studies within the normal duration of their programme are required to renew their registration at the beginning of each semester within the deadlines specified in the Academic Calendar by paying the tuition fee calculated on the basis of the ECTS credits of the courses they will take.

The tuition fee per ECTS credit is calculated using the following formula:

Relevant Semester Tuition Fee ÷ 60 ECTS = Tuition Fee per ECTS Credit

Accordingly, the tuition fee payable is determined by multiplying the total number of ECTS credits of the courses to be taken by the applicable fee per ECTS credit.

If the tuition fee calculated on the basis of ECTS credits exceeds the regular semester tuition fee, only the regular semester tuition fee will be charged for registration renewal.
